Texas Homeowners?

We had an offer accepted on a home yesterday! Now we just have to cross our fingers that everything goes smoothly with the inspections, appraisal, and financing. If things go according to plan, we will be homeowners (again) by mid-June.

Here are some pictures of the home. It's 3 bed/2.5 bath in Pflugerville (a north Austin suburb). Our favorite feature--aside from the unheard-of-for-Austin low property taxes--is that it's just a short walk to an above-average elementary school. :) It's also just a 5-minute drive from the highly ranked city library, 1 mile from the church, and there are several playgrounds within walking distance.

The girls' prospective bedroom. This is a surprisingly large room, so should we have visitors we would have all the kids bunk together and use this as a guest room.
