 Youth temple trip:

A rainbow on the way home
Liz took this creepy selfie with her friends (Anna and Calleigh)

End-of-school awards:

William was a Sight Word Hero... He was a little disgruntled about it, because he likes to read chapter books--not just sight words.

Ms. Scharf was a great teacher this year!

Ms. Gallegos was also a fantastic teacher. Emma received the Attentive Listener award.

Emma's class signed and sang a song for the parents. (Half the kids in Emma's class have communication and social challenges.)

Matchy matchy with her friend Posey

Pictures with the outgoing middle school librarian, of whom Liz was a big fan.

Student athletes (including Liz) with the outgoing Coach Winn

Owen's birthday party in our backyard (19 kids, in addition to parents):

We kicked off the summer with a family planning meeting. Owen came up with some real gems for goals:
"Play board game * win board game * gloat smugly"

"Hike * ride bike * change my name to Mike"

Mom surprised the kids with a Super Mario watch party on the last day of school: ice balls, fire balls, princess peaches, mystery boxes, Yoshi eggs, piranha plants, etc.

We watched the new Super Mario movie

Last Day of School!

Emma got to go to a water party with her school friends at Thomas's house:

We hit 100,000 miles on our van this week:
On the last day of school, Emma got to play water games:
