| We went to an Ethiopian restaurant. You have a communal plate and eat without silverware. (You scoop the food with a special flatbread called injera.) There was lamb, goat, and a bunch of veggies: carrots and green beans, chickpeas, collared greens, lentils, cabbage, and eggplant. |
