Random Update

These first several pictures are of the rash that Liz and William came down with a little while back. My best guess is that it was roseola, because it started with a high fever followed by a rash on the face and trunk:

One of Emily's mission companions was in town, so she had fun showing her around some of our favorites spots in Texas:

Mount Bonnell... This was Day 2 of William's fever. In retrospect, he should have stayed home. He was pretty miserable.

Mayfield Park... We found out that the Spanish word for peacock is "pavo real." We also found out that peacocks lose their feathers after mating season, so they were looking kind of haggard on this visit. (Last time we visited Mayfield Park--with the Bakers in July--it was mating season, which is why the peacocks were so aggressive with Owen when he tried to pet one. One pecked him in the head and drew blood. We are becoming very knowledgeable about peacocks, lol.)
