More Creative Play

The other day Lizzie flipped Owen's bouncer on its side and fashioned a swing with one of Daddy's old ties and a pillow.

Soccer Game #2

Temps were in the 50s, with some wind, so the girls took a lot of convincing to get out there and play.

Here they are trying to keep warm on Owen's blanket during the first half of the game.

But at least this guy was happy.

Heidi finally went out there.

You probably can't tell from the video, but Lizzie was actually headed for the wrong goal. Ha ha.

Easter Morning

Look what the Easter bunny brought... Liz got her first set of scriptures.

Owen was pretty excited about the Easter eggs.

Gotta love the hair. Liz had a rough night last night. We had to wake her up two or three different times for breathing treatments, and we worried we might have to make a middle-of-the-night ER trip. Luckily, today was better.

Heidi wanted a set of scriptures too, so Mommy found her old set that she received on her eighth birthday.

Owen crawled in between the couch and the hope chest. When he reached the wall, he was boxed in on three sides. Poor guy--he doesn't know how to go in reverse yet.

Liz organized all the shoes in her closet the other day. I was impressed! She even sorted them by casual shoes, winter boots, and Sunday shoes.

Liz drew these pictures yesterday. They're kinda hard to see, but it's Snow White and Aurora. She drew them from memory. I was really impressed with the detail, especially on Snow White's dress. She's even holding an apple!
